since im super fresh at tattoing (2 months), do you mind if I ask you questions along the journey?

and if yes, I have 2 questions for you as of now, lol:

Q1; what is a good tattoo needle to use for really thick tribal fill in's? as in this guy wants a tribal from his chest to sholder area to his neck.

Q2; how can I get some sick ass ink from you? I want to work on my right sleve which has two pieces already to it but I dont want to just put a bunch of random tatts around and fill it in later, I want a consistent theme...im thinking political, idk....anyways. I want some ink this second!
